Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new Russian-speaking affiliate partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Ensure all affiliate activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to foster competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in affiliate management or a related field, preferably in the Forex or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
