Your Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Native or proficient Italian language skills, both verbal and written, with a strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or service environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse client bases.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to adapt within a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work independently while being a committed team player.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
