Responsibilities of the Hotel Associate
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Support and Coordination: Assist hotel partners with inquiries and operational challenges, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating smooth communication.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for hotel partners on our systems and tools to maximise their performance and satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise, applying problem-solving skills to maintain partner satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry, especially in a B2B context, is highly desirable.
