Role Overview – Customer Service and Support Jobs in Italy for Concentrix Spain
- Deliver friendly and professional support to customers across phone, email, and chat channels in Italian and English.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to products, services, orders, technical issues, and account information.

Essential Qualifications for Multilingual Customer Service Careers in Italy
