Key Responsibilities for Spanish-speaking Recruiter in Lisbon or Porto

• Identify, attract, and onboard skilled candidates across various job roles, ensuring alignment with our client's objectives.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talents in the BPO sector.
• Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and digital platforms.
