Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Director

• Develop and implement EMEA-wide talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals across multiple locations, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on best practices in recruitment, talent mapping, and employer branding.
• Oversee the implementation and utilisation of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
• Analyse market trends and recruitment metrics to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to forecast talent needs and proactively source candidates.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities to build a diverse workforce reflective of our global presence.

Essential Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or equivalent role within an international organisation, preferably within EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, legal obligations, and best practices across the EMEA region.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
