As the Country Lead, you will be crucial in driving our financial exchange (FX) services and enhancing our presence in the market. Your leadership will guide our local efforts to establish and grow our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive FX services growth in Thailand, aligning with the company's global objectives.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand our presence in the Thai market by leveraging industry insights and local business intelligence.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to foster a favourable business environment.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operational activities and ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team, promoting a culture that supports continuous professional development.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and resource optimisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in the financial services or FX industry, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Thai financial market and regulatory framework.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
