• Ensure all travel plans comply with company travel policies and client preferences.
• Maintain accurate travel records and resolve any client travel issues promptly and efficiently.
• Actively listen to client needs to deliver tailored travel solutions and advisory.
• Handle urgent travel requests and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends, providing insights to enhance service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effortlessly.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre is desirable.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
