• Offer top-notch service to French-speaking business travellers by arranging travel plans, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and align with client preferences when organising travel.
• Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements and promptly address any client issues or changes.
• Listen actively to client requirements to provide customised travel solutions and expert advice.
• Manage urgent travel requests and amendments, ensuring swift resolutions to minimise client disruptions.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to deliver cohesive service to clients.
• Stay informed of the latest travel industry trends to offer enhanced service quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in travel consultancy or a similar customer service role is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer-centric service.
• Excellent organisational abilities with expertise in handling multiple priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre is an advantage.
