Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to German-speaking business travellers by organising travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
• Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to corporate travel policies and align with client preferences.
• Maintain precise records of travel itineraries and swiftly resolve any client inquiries or modifications.
• Actively engage with client requirements to provide tailored travel solutions and professional recommendations.
• Manage urgent travel requests and changes to ensure minimal disruption for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service provision.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in travel consultancy or a similar customer service-focused role is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and customer-focused service.
• Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks with efficiency.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre is beneficial.
• Proficient with technology, and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
