We're looking for Swedish and Norwegian speakers to join our multilingual team in sunny Lisbon, Portugal! If you're passionate about hospitality, tech, and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Provide 1st-line technical support to customers in the hospitality industry
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries quickly, remotely, and effectively
- Help maintain system capabilities, including diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Share knowledge with customers to empower them to solve issues independently
What We’re Looking For:
- Swedish or Norwegian fluency (C1-C2) and a high level of English
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in customer support (ideally remote support)
- Experience in network operations or hospitality technology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
