Key Responsibilities – Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Careers in Lisbon
- Provide exceptional customer service to Arabic-speaking clients, managing financial service and money transfer enquiries with accuracy and empathy.
- Communicate efficiently via phone, chat, and email in both Arabic and English to resolve questions, address problems, and process requests.
- Investigate transaction-related concerns and ensure timely, effective solutions that prioritise user satisfaction.
- Uphold a positive and professional manner, acting as an ambassador for our renowned global Fintech partner.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues per company protocols, guaranteeing thorough resolution and user security.
- Record all customer interactions, decisions, and resolutions with attention to detail using company systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications – Arabic Customer Service Jobs in Portugal
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (C1 level) and strong English communication skills (B2 minimum).
- Outstanding listening and problem-solving abilities to deliver excellent customer experiences in the financial sector.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Previous experience in customer support, contact centre, or related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Dedication to working flexible shifts in an international, fast-paced team environment.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive on-site training programme upon joining.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday (shift durations: 4, 6, or 8 hours).
