Key Responsibilities – Italian Customer Support & Sales, iGaming Greece
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Italian and English via live chat, email, and telephone, ensuring quick and accurate responses to enquiries regarding iGaming products and services.
- Proactively engage customers, providing helpful product information, account guidance, and technical support with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities that enhance user satisfaction and company growth.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions in the CRM system, maintaining high-quality service records in line with compliance standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute customer outreach campaigns, support promotional activities, and gather valuable feedback from the Italian-speaking user base.
- Monitor customer account activities, verify documentation, and escalate sensitive or complex cases to relevant stakeholders while ensuring compliance with responsible gaming protocols.
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey, working closely with international colleagues to uphold best practices in digital gaming support and sales.
Required Skills & Experience – Italian Speaking Customer Support Jobs Greece
- Fluent in Italian and confident in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or account management within iGaming, digital services, or a fast-paced online environment is highly desirable.
