Customer Support Specialist – Romanian + English | iGaming Project
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience solutions to recruit Romanian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting project in the iGaming industry. Based in Varna, this opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and looking to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
Your Role
- Assist customers via live chat (80%), email (15%), and phone (5%)
- Handle inquiries related to account access, payments, platform navigation, and technical issues
- Maintain a customer-first approach by providing quick and effective solutions
- Manage two concurrent chats after training and nesting period
- Conduct occasional outbound calls for follow-up purposes only
- Log interactions accurately and comply with internal guidelines and policies
Your Qualifications
- Are native or fluent in Romanian (C1–C2) with good command of English (B2)
- Have experience in customer service, whether in BPO or other service-related industries
- Are comfortable using digital platforms and multitasking across support channels
- Can commit to on-site work in Varna (no remote or hybrid options available)
- Are open to working late or night shifts as part of a rotating schedule
- Have strong communication skills and a professional attitude
