- Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient support to Azerbaijani-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer questions, product information requests, technical issues, and service-related enquiries professionally and accurately.
- Record and track all customer interactions in the CRM or relevant ticketing system, ensuring data is always up to date and accurate.
