Role Overview – Customer Service Support in Arabic and English
- Deliver professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English.
- Assist customers by answering queries related to products, services, orders, and account information accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest quality service standards.
- Follow company processes and guidelines to identify, document, escalate, or resolve cases as needed.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure customer concerns are addressed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in the company’s CRM/ticketing system.
- Contribute to the positive reputation of our global client’s brand through a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
Key Qualifications for Arabic-Speaking Customer Service Jobs in Sofia
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic (C1 level or above).
- Very good command of English (B2 level minimum) required for internal communication and training.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or BPO environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on delivering solutions and customer satisfaction.
