Quality Control Manager
Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Control Manager for their studios in Belgrade, Serbia.
Your Role
- Collaborate with department leadership to ensure alignment of quality initiatives with overall organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations, with a focus on exceeding quality expectations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a mentor and role model by reinforcing best practices, procedural compliance, and high service standards.
- Implement coaching and development strategies to support employee performance and growth.
- Review and assess the work of quality assurance team members, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Recommend and implement workflow optimizations to increase operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Keep the team informed of any updates or changes to policies, procedures, or quality standards.
- Supervise and guide quality control staff, monitoring individual and team performance.
- Support daily operations by ensuring effective task execution and resource coordination.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of supervisors and specialists within the quality control function.
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- 3+ years of managerial experience, leading teams of 20 or more.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage projects independently or collaboratively.
- Experience in quality assurance or process improvement, with attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and general task management tools.
- Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Experience in compliance or industry-specific quality control (e.g., gaming) is a plus.
