Workster is partnering with a leading global provider of customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors in Poland. Key Responsibilities in German-Speaking Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support.
- Resolve a diverse range of customer queries, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Handle cases with professionalism and empathy, including complex and sensitive situations.
- Support with issue escalation, dispute resolution, and complaint management.
- Accurately document interactions and ensure customer information is updated in the system.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers, escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and take part in ongoing training sessions.
German Language Skills & Other Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 or above), both spoken and written.
- Good English skills (minimum B2).
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or a client-facing role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex customer situations.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient – able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
