Key Responsibilities in Danish Customer Service
- Be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat channels, providing fast and effective support.
- Address a wide variety of customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Handle cases with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail—including sensitive or complex situations.
- Manage escalations, support dispute resolution, and manage customer complaints as needed.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, keeping data up-to-date in the system.
- Recognise and support vulnerable customers, escalating to appropriate teams where necessary.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate fully in ongoing training and adapt readily to new business processes or technologies.
Danish Language Skills & Requirements
- Fluent Danish language skills (C1 or above), written and spoken.
- Good communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Tech-savvy, confident navigating multiple digital systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive—thriving in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Collaborative by nature and committed to delivering results as part of a team.
