Workster is collaborating with a market-leading provider of customer experience and digital solutions, looking to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors. Key Responsibilities – German Customer Service Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.
- Resolve a broad range of customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism, patience, and empathy—including sensitive or challenging cases.
- Manage and de-escalate complaints or disputes when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
- Log all customer interactions precisely within our CRM or ticketing system, maintaining accurate and organised data.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers, escalating cases appropriately to specialist teams as required.
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Stay up to date with latest products, services, and processes through ongoing training and self-development.
German Language Skills & Essential Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1 or above), both written and verbal, is required for this role.
- Strong conversational and written English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing environment (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Comfortable with digital systems and technology—quick to learn new tools and adapt to change.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Collaborative, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture.
- EU citizenship, Schengen passport, or Greek residence permit allowing legal work in Greece.
