Customer Service Advisor – Swedish Speaker
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Swedish-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an airline project in Warsaw, Poland. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and support travelers while building your career in customer care.
Your Role
- Handle inbound calls and chats in Swedish.
- Advise customers on flights, fares, rules, and online services.
- Assist with booking changes (dates, destinations, personal details).
- Manage special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, pets).
- Process cancellations and ticket refunds.
- Support customers in purchasing tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Provide assistance to passengers experiencing travel difficulties.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Swedish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
- Strong technical skills (MS Office, browsers, general computer literacy).
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage.
