Key Responsibilities – Providing Client Support for Web Solutions
- Serve as a primary contact for clients seeking support with web-based products, platforms, and digital services.
- Consult and advise clients on best practices for using our web solutions to achieve their business objectives.
- Guide clients through online account set-up, product features, integrations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and product managers, to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Assist with updates, version releases, and testing new web functionalities for clients.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of service requests using CRM tools.
- Identify potential opportunities for upselling additional digital solutions or enhancements.
Required Qualifications – Digital Customer Care and Web Solutions Expertise
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) both spoken and written; French C2
- Solid technical literacy, including confidence using content management systems, web browsers, and office software.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences online.
- Experience in customer service, digital services support, or web platform administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients of varied levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
