Key Responsibilities – German Customer Success Manager in Lisbon (Customer Experience & Relationship Management)
- Act as a main point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout their customer journey.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors, promoting customer retention and growth.
- Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and usage of digital solutions and outsourced services.
- Identify and proactively address customers’ pain points, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, and Technical Support to guarantee swift and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor and analyse customer health metrics, feedback, and account activity for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead business review meetings and help clients unlock the full value of the company’s solutions.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM tools and ensure up-to-date client records for high quality support.
- Spot and share upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer value and business growth.
Required Qualifications – German Customer Success Manager (BPO, Lisbon)
- Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and solid communication skills in English (B2+).
- Strong customer orientation with demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Care, or BPO customer support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Technical savviness with confidence using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), MS Office, and web-based tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to interpret data and take actionable steps.
- Positive, solution-driven attitude and ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams.
