Head of Partnerships (LATAM)
Workster is partnering with a leading financial services company who is seeking to onboard a Head of Partnerships (LATAM) for their markets in Colombia.
Your Role
- Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership or business development teams to assess performance, address challenges, and plan strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments to align partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements relevant to partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2).
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior business development, partnerships, or management role (e.g., Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional or Country Manager).
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
