Key Responsibilities for French-Speaking B2B Sales Representative
- Act as the primary contact for French-speaking business clients, responding to inquiries on products, solutions, pricing, and account information in a prompt and professional manner.
- Initiate and manage outbound sales communications by phone, email, and digital platforms to develop new business leads and nurture existing client relationships.
- Provide consultative sales guidance, identifying the right products and services to suit client needs, and highlighting potential cross-sale and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, technical support, and finance, ensuring seamless and efficient client experiences.
- Update and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy and enable effective sales tracking and reporting.
- Offer feedback on client requirements and market trends to help improve product offerings and internal processes.
Qualifications & Skills for Bilingual B2B Sales Roles (French-English)
- Fluency in French (C1 or above), with strong communication skills in English for internal collaboration and reporting.
- 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or a sales-focused customer support environment preferred.
- Experience with international business clients, particularly in European markets, is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable adopting digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms in daily workflows.
- Goal-driven, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- A clear, professional, and engaging communication style, combined with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic international team.
