French-speaking Sales and Service Client Advisor in Sofia
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Sales and Service Client Advisors for a growing international project based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English
Handle inquiries related to products, orders, billing, returns and general service requests
Deliver a personalised and consistent customer experience on every interaction
Process orders, returns and refunds using company systems and CRM tools
Identify sales and upsell opportunities while offering consultative guidance to customers
Escalate and follow up on complex issues with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and update case notes in the CRM
Achieve individual and team performance targets, balancing service quality with sales objectives
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and process enhancement ideas
Your Qualifications
Native-level or fluent French
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales-focused roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions or upgrades
Comfortable working with CRM systems, ticketing tools and standard office software
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, organisation skills and reliability
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
