Portuguese/Italian Customer Relations Advisor
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a major national airline project.
In this role, you will assist travelers from the Italian and Portuguese markets, ensuring an excellent service experience through clear communication, empathy, and efficiency.
Your Role
- Provide customer assistance via phone and email in Italian and Portuguese.
- Support inquiries related to flights, bookings, ticket changes, and loyalty programs.
- Guide customers through procedures and follow up on ongoing cases.
- Manage and record all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Handle offline tasks such as emails, forms, and tickets when required.
- Ensure service quality by following company standards and escalation procedures.
- Maintain productivity and service levels that meet or exceed performance goals.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and Italian (b2h)— both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and professional phone etiquette.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory — full training provided.
- Ability to multitask, manage information precisely, and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in Portugal (Portuguese or Brazilian nationality accepted).
Knowledge of English (A2–B1) is a plus for internal communication.
- The Offer
- Full-time, 40 h/week on a rotational schedule, Monday – Sunday, 07:00 – 24:00.
- Training period: ~20 working days, fully paid upon successful completion.
- Employment contract with long-term stability (12 months, renewable).
