Customer Service Advisor Role – French Language (Remote or Athens Based)
- Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat for a well-known global brand.
- Assist customers with queries about orders, products, account information, deliveries, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers through processes and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Follow established procedures for escalation when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
