Business Development Manager Forex - LATAM
Workster is seeking a driven and experienced individual to join our client’s expanding team as a Business Development Manager, focused on Forex market growth across the Latin America (LATAM) region. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-oriented professional with knowledge of forex trading and established connections in the LATAM financial sector.
Key Responsibilities in Latin America Forex Market Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase forex market share in the LATAM region.
- Identify and engage new clients and institutional partners, including brokers, FX trading firms, and financial institutions throughout LATAM.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships within the forex and financial trading community in Latin America.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and regulatory considerations unique to each target country.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to tailor offerings for the LATAM audience.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and grow the forex B2B network.
- Prepare, deliver, and negotiate commercial proposals in line with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Report on market activity, pipeline growth, revenue opportunities, and partnership development via CRM systems.
Required Qualifications for Forex Business Development in LATAM
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal). Portuguese is considered an additional asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the forex, financial services, or fintech sector targeting Latin America.
- Proven experience in driving growth and managing relationships in the LATAM B2B market.
- Established network within forex brokerages, trading platforms, or local financial service providers.
- Knowledge of the forex trading environment, products, and digital marketing techniques in LATAM countries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
