Key Responsibilities – Digital Advertising Client Support (Brazilian Portuguese)

• Act as the primary point of contact for Brazilian Portuguese-speaking customers, providing expert advice and support regarding digital advertising products and campaigns.
• Assist clients with campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to maximise return on investment and achieve business goals.
• Advise clients on digital marketing best practices, trends, and advertising strategies tailored to the Brazilian market.
• Handle technical enquiries, platform-related issues, billing questions, and general client requests through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Work closely with internal specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for campaign enhancement, upselling, and additional product adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, digital advertising policies, and sector regulations.

Candidate Profile – Brazilian Portuguese Digital Marketing & Client Relations

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (C1 or native level) and proficient in English (B2 or above) for internal and external communication.
• Previous experience in digital advertising support, account management, marketing, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
• Comfortable with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• A high level of professionalism and a positive, proactive approach to customer support.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal (valid EU passport or visa required).
