English-speaking Digital Account Manager
Workster is partnering with a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider to recruit a English-speaking Digital Account Manager.
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the digital advertising ecosystem, helping businesses optimize their online presence, maximize campaign performance, and achieve measurable growth.
Your Role
Collect and share client feedback to improve products and services.
Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities.
Develop account strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
Handle client inquiries and ensure timely, professional resolutions.
Overcome daily challenges impacting campaign delivery, quality, or revenue.
Research client goals and market trends to better understand their business needs.
Identify optimization and cross-sell opportunities to boost performance.
Present tailored advertising strategies and digital recommendations.
Build trusted, long-term client relationships based on value and results.
Stay up to date on digital marketing and advertising trends.
Use data and market insights to deliver proactive, growth-oriented support.
Maintain accurate client pipelines, reports, and forecasts.
Track and share performance insights with internal teams.
Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Your Qualifications
Fluency in English (C1).
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B telesales.
Proven ability to manage client portfolios, achieve targets, and grow revenue.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
The Offer
Full-time position (40h/week) — Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 (local time).
