Key Responsibilities – E-Bike Marketplace Operations in Berlin

• Manage daily operations for the Berlin E-Bike Marketplace, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for riders, suppliers, and internal teams regarding operational issues.

• Coordinate the scheduling, handover, and maintenance logistics of e-bikes between users and partners.

• Monitor platform performance, analyse relevant data, and generate actionable insights for operational improvements.

Required Qualifications – Operations Specialist (E-Bike Marketplace)
