Customer Service Advisor – Dutch Market
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a project focused on innovative tech gadgets and social media platforms. Based on-site in Porto, this role is ideal for service-oriented individuals who enjoy solving customer issues and working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
Your Role
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with clarity and professionalism
Support users with technical questions, troubleshooting, and product-related issues
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain service quality by meeting SLAs, accuracy, and communication standards
Participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
Adapt to evolving tools and procedures in a fast-paced digital environment
Your Qualifications
Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and English at B2 level
Excellent written communication skills and ability to handle multiple chats/tickets
Experience in tech support, social media, or digital advertising is an asset
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex product inquiries
Strong adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail
Minimum availability for a 6-month contract, with shift flexibility
Willing to work rotative shifts (including weekends)
