Romanian-speaking Content Moderator

Workster is mandated by one of the biggest worldwide outsourcing customer service companies to hire Romanian-speaking Content Moderators for their Team in Porto, Portugal. You will support their client, a leading chinese internet technology company.

Your Role

  • Moderating videos from a social media network

  • Following company guidelines to reach a decision on the approval, review or denial of the content

  • Acting quickly and decisively

  • Representing the brand in a professional manner

  • Being a Team player

Your Qualifications

  • C1 level of Romanian

  • Good English skills (B2 level)

  • Based in Porto

  • Previous experience in Content Moderation or BPO is an advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure and resistance to stress

  • Being comfortable with some task repetition

  • Attention to detail
