Growth Manager, Strategy & Operations, DACH
Workster is partnering with a leading e-mobility startup to recruit a Growth Manager, Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s trajectory by driving key growth initiatives and strategic decisions across acquisition, conversion, pricing, and category management. You will leverage data, market insights, and experimentation to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
Campaign Management: Design, implement, experiment, and analyze promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
Pricing Strategy: Develop and make informed pricing decisions based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Category Management: Improve the category management strategy and implement targeted initiatives for further growth.
Customer Journey: Define the “north star” for the customer journey, identify improvement areas, and prioritize initiatives to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
Sales Channels: Identify, plan, and test new sales channels to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams, providing data-based insights to inform strategic decisions.
Your Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in consulting, pricing, revenue/category management, operations, data analytics, or investment banking.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, proficient in SQL (or quick to learn it).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, focused on generating actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, impactful strategies.
Fluent in English, with German being a plus.
