B2B Operations & Sales Specialist – Spanish
Workster is partnering with a global technology-driven organization to recruit a B2B Operations & Sales Specialist to support the Spanish market. This role combines outbound sales, client relationship management, and operational support within a fast-growing digital platform environment focused on public and private sector procurement.
Your Role
Proactively contact potential B2B clients via outbound calls, email, and online meetings
Present digital sourcing and procurement solutions to decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up
Prepare and send commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Maintain up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in CRM tools
Meet monthly sales targets with structured ramp-up support
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to support performance
Your Qualifications
Native-level Spanish and English at B2 level
Previous experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confidence working with outbound sales and consultative selling
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
Background in procurement, SaaS, or B2B platforms is a plus, but not required
