French Customer Service Advisor in Braga
Workster is partnering with a global technology-driven organisation to recruit a French Customer Service Advisor to support clients based in France. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support across channels, resolving enquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for a fast-growing digital platform.
Your Role
Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, chat and social channels in French
Provide accurate, timely and empathetic support for product, billing and account-related questions
Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate to relevant teams and follow up to resolution
Maintain high-quality interactions while meeting service level agreements and KPIs
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, sales) to ensure customer needs are met
Participate in training sessions and continuous coaching to improve performance
Your Qualifications
Native-level French and professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above)
Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles, preferably in SaaS or digital platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
Empathetic, patient and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools and standard office software
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries
Flexible, team-oriented and willing to work in a multicultural environment
