German-speaking Client Advisor (Web Solutions)
Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their German-speaking Customer Service Team for a Leading cloud-based development platform with millions of users worldwide. Your Role
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
Educate users on the platform’s features and help them get the most out of their websites.
Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Your Qualifications
C1 level of German and good English skills (B2)
You need to have either experience or knowledge about digital marketing and/or webdesign, and be enthusiastic about it
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory).
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
Stable profile with stable job history (not frequent job hopping).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
