Arabic-speaking Ads Sales Specialist - Sofia (Hybrid)
Workster is partnering with a fast-growing international technology company to expand its Arabic-speaking Ads Sales team in Sofia. The client provides a widely used digital advertising platform that helps businesses plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across multiple channels. We are looking for motivated, target-driven Arabic-speaking Ads Sales Specialists to support advertisers, drive new business and help clients achieve measurable growth.
Your Role

Proactively engage with prospective and existing advertisers via phone, email and chat in Arabic to generate and close sales opportunities.

Understand clients' marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions, campaign formats and budgets to meet their goals.

Demonstrate the platform's advertising products and provide clear guidance on campaign setup, targeting, bidding and optimisation best practices.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Collaborate with account management, product and technical teams to resolve campaign issues and deliver excellent advertiser outcomes.

Collect and relay advertiser feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

Participate in training, coaching and regular performance reviews to continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Your Qualifications

Native-level Arabic and professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above).

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, media sales or a SaaS environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong commercial awareness.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to present solutions clearly.

Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS), campaign optimisation and basic analytics; experience with ad platforms is a plus.

Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

Comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools and standard office software; data-driven mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Sofia or willing to relocate to Sofia; flexible for a hybrid working arrangement with occasional office attendance.
