English-Speaking Game Presenter
Workster is collaborating with a leading international entertainment company to recruit English-speaking Game Presenters for their growing live-hosted gaming teams. The successful candidate will join an energetic on-site studio in [location], delivering engaging, professional and compliant live content for a global audience. Full training will be provided.
Your Role
Live Presentation: Host live game shows, tables and interactive sessions in English, ensuring clear, confident and entertaining delivery that keeps players engaged.
Audience Engagement: Interact with players through chat and in-game prompts, respond to questions and comments promptly, and foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Game Management: Operate studio equipment and presentation software, follow show scripts and formats, manage pacing and transitions, and ensure smooth game flow.
Compliance and Fair Play: Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies and responsible gaming guidelines at all times; report and escalate issues promptly.
Technical Coordination: Work with production and operations teams to troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure broadcast quality meets company standards.
Content Contribution: Suggest ideas to improve show formats, player interaction and content variety based on audience feedback and performance metrics.
Shift Flexibility: Work scheduled shifts in a rota that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays to support peak broadcast times.
Your Qualifications
Language Skills: Native-level or near-native fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent presentation and conversational skills.
Presentation Experience: Previous experience in hosting, broadcasting, live streaming, theatre, events or similar on-camera/ on-mic roles is highly desirable.
Customer Focus: Friendly, personable and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning broadcast software, studio hardware and internal systems; basic IT proficiency required.
Adaptability: Quick thinker with good improvisation skills, able to handle live situations calmly and maintain energy throughout shifts.
Team Player: Collaborative approach and reliability when working with producers, floor managers and colleagues in a fast-paced studio environment.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and adhere to an on-site schedule; ability to commute to the studio location.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; training in media, communications or performing arts is an advantage.
