Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (Dutch)
Workster is partnering with a dynamic international company to recruit a Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (Dutch) to join their growing marketing team based in [location]. The successful candidate will focus on improving campaign performance, increasing conversion rates and optimising customer journeys across Dutch-speaking markets. Your Role
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Design, run and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, funnels and key touchpoints to improve conversion metrics for Dutch-speaking audiences.
Landing Page and UX Optimisation: Collaborate with designers, product and development teams to implement data-driven improvements to landing pages, forms and user journeys that enhance usability and increase engagement.
Campaign Optimisation: Monitor and optimise paid and organic marketing campaigns (search, social, display, affiliates) to maximise ROI and meet performance KPIs for Dutch markets.
Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics, tag management and attribution tools to track performance, generate insights and produce clear reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Personalisation and Segmentation: Develop and implement audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to deliver relevant experiences for Dutch customers across channels.
SEO and Content Optimisation: Work with content and SEO specialists to ensure landing pages and campaign assets are optimised for Dutch-language search queries and local user intent.
Technical Implementation: Support setup and management of tracking (GA4, events, pixels), experimentation platforms and marketing automation to ensure accurate measurement and smooth execution of tests.
Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring performance issues, propose process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the marketing team.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, analytics and commercial teams to align optimisation efforts with broader business goals and ensure consistent messaging and technical implementation.
Your Qualifications
Language Skills: Native-level or near-native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills; strong English proficiency (minimum B2) is required.
Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in conversion rate optimisation, digital marketing optimisation or a similar role, ideally within consumer-focused, international environments.
Analytical Skills: Strong data literacy with hands-on experience using analytics platforms (e.g. GA4), A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and data visualisation/reporting tools.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS, tag management (GTM) and implementing tracking pixels; able to liaise effectively with developers to implement tests and changes.
Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of paid media, SEO fundamentals, CRO frameworks and customer journey mapping.
Problem-Solving: Results-oriented mindset with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to translate insights into clear, practical actions.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience presenting findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, digital analytics, data science or a related field is desirable.
