Spanish-Speaking Customer Experience Advisor
Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company in Portugal to recruit an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, supporting one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital banks.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer experience and digital banking who want to work in an international environment in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for customers, you will help resolve queries efficiently while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Your role
Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email for Spanish-speaking customers.
Resolve a wide range of customer queries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
Assist with fraud investigations, disputes, chargebacks, and complaint handling.
Identify and support vulnerable customers, ensuring appropriate escalation where necessary.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Your Qualifications
Fluent Spanish and good English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
Empathy, resilience, and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Slack or Google Workspace is a plus.
The offer
Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal.
40 hours per week on rotational shifts.
