International Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Workster is looking for talented Finnish speakers to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon.
This is an exciting opportunity to build an international career while supporting customers for a well-known global brand in a modern and multicultural environment. You’ll work in a professional and supportive setting, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid working model after the onboarding period.
You will initially work fully on-site for the first 3 months to get to know the team and the working environment, before moving to a hybrid setup.
Your Role
Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
Ensure clear and professional communication at all times
Your Qualifications
Native or fluent Finnish (C1-C2 level)
Good command of English
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and ability to multitask
Team player with a proactive attitude
