Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Finnish-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representatives for an international travel and hospitality project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will support customers throughout their booking journey while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance their travel experience.
Your Role
Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, changes, and general requests
Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience on every interaction
Process customer orders and reservations through online booking platforms
Identify sales and upselling opportunities while providing consultative support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complete issue resolution
Build customer loyalty through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service
Maintain high-quality standards and contribute to overall team performance
Balance customer service excellence with sales performance objectives
Your Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Finnish
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Sales-oriented attitude and confidence in identifying opportunities to add value
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling customer interactions via phone and email
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
