Your Role
Listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality
Handle customer interactions in Czech and English
Work collaboratively with an international and supportive team
Your Qualifications
Fluency in Czech & Slovak and good English communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No previous experience in customer support required
Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
