Customer Service Specialist with German | Consumer Electronics Support
Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience company to recruit Customer Service Specialists with German for an international consumer electronics support project in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with customer service experience who enjoy helping customers and solving product-related issues. You will support customers via social media and other communication channels, assisting with pre-sales, post-sales, and product troubleshooting in a dynamic and professional environment.
Your Role
Support customers with product-related questions, including pre-sales and post-sales inquiries
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product malfunctions
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and within defined timeframes
Recognize when cases need to be escalated to another department or senior staff member
Handle customer correspondence and maintain accurate case documentation
Consult product manuals and internal resources to advise customers on appropriate solutions
Provide clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Navigate multiple systems to research information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain high attention to detail while following processes and documentation standards
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance KPIs
Adapt quickly to updates, policy changes, and new product campaigns
Your Qualifications
Minimum C1 level of German
B1 level of English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, consumer care, or contact center environments
Experience handling complaints, escalations, or sensitive customer cases is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational and communication skills
Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM
Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
Candidates located in Sofia are preferred
Valid Bulgarian Tax Identification Number (NRA) required for contractual purposes

On-site for first 3 months, remote available based on performance.

Standard working schedule within operational hours: Monday–Friday between 09:00–22:00 and Saturday between 09:00–19:00 (40 hours per week)
