Workster is partnering with a leading global access solutions company to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for its international operations in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Join a collaborative and multicultural team supporting customers across Europe. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, assist with product and service inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Your Role

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat

• Provide professional support and guidance regarding products and services

• Enter and verify customer information accurately within internal systems

• Handle customer interactions in German and English, both verbally and in writing

• Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, including de-escalating difficult situations

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support

• Support the processing of fault reports and repair requests

• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain high-quality records

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German

• Fluent English (C1 level)

• Previous experience in customer service or customer care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities

• Experience handling challenging customer situations and conflict resolution

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
