Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit an English-speaking Trainer for a BPO operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys coaching, developing people, and helping teams succeed. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new employees, delivering engaging training sessions, and supporting existing teams in continuously improving their knowledge and performance.

Your Role

• Deliver engaging onboarding and training programs for new employees

• Conduct product, process, systems, and customer service training

• Organize refresher sessions and ongoing development activities

• Coach employees and provide constructive, actionable feedback

• Evaluate training progress through assessments and performance monitoring

• Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training solutions

• Maintain and update training materials as processes evolve

• Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, and Operations to improve performance

• Track training results and prepare relevant reports

Your Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 or above)

• Previous experience as a Trainer, Coach, Senior Agent, or similar role within a BPO/customer service environment

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

• Confident delivering training to groups and individuals

• Good understanding of customer service processes and KPIs

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate others

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and digital learning platforms

• Positive, proactive, and people-oriented approach
