German Customer Advisor in Krakow
Workster is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a German-speaking Customer Advisor for its Krakow-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, resolving queries, and delivering a positive service experience in a multilingual environment.
The role will focus on supporting German-speaking customers, responding to enquiries across relevant communication channels, and ensuring that each interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Your Role
Provide professional and friendly customer support to German-speaking customers
Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, chat, or other available communication channels
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions
Handle questions, complaints, requests, and follow-up activities in a timely manner
Investigate customer issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems
Follow established customer service processes, quality standards, and data protection requirements
Escalate complex or sensitive cases in accordance with company procedures
Build positive relationships with customers through clear, empathetic, and professional communication
Meet agreed service levels, productivity targets, and quality expectations
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support service improvements
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments in an international environment
Your Qualifications
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, or a related role is an advantage
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping others
Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations
Strong attention to detail and accurate administrative skills
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities effectively
Comfortable using computers, customer service systems, and standard office applications
Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and product information
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Availability to work from Krakow, Poland
