Turkish-Speaking Digital Sales Specialist

Workster is partnering with a leading international digital customer experience provider to recruit Turkish-speaking Sales Representatives for a major global digital advertising account.

Based in Athens, Greece, you will support business customers, identify commercial opportunities, and recommend digital advertising solutions that help companies strengthen their online presence and achieve measurable growth.

Your Role

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities and identify customer and advertiser needs

  • Recommend tailored digital advertising solutions to support business growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Guide customers through the sales process and handle objections effectively

  • Identify opportunities to increase solution adoption and revenue

  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer experience

  • Use CRM tools, customer insights, and market trends to support sales performance

  • Help businesses maximize the value of their digital advertising investments

  • Maintain a consultative, customer-focused, and results-driven sales approach

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken

  • Sales experience in B2B, inbound sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role is an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on targets and measurable results

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising principles

  • Customer-focused and comfortable building long-term business relationships

  • Confident using CRM systems and sales tools

  • Adaptable, proactive, and motivated by performance

  • Strong interest in digital advertising, sales, and business growth

  • Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment
